Been out of work for 3 weeks now. Almost finished a shawl I started months ago, managed to get 1/3 of the way done with another waiting for the last skein of yarn. I'm loving being able to spend more time with my second passion.
What is most fun is I'm finally making items for me. I usually give all my goodies away, but I've started making wearables for myself. I think it's time I spoiled myself, don't you?
This is the 2nd piece I've made for myself. An eternity shawl in a beautiful eggplant color. I wear it often. It stretches my spring/summer wardrobe a bit.
Will be posting pics of some of my other pieces soon. Just have to get the hubby to take the pics! LOL!!
